Which products contain intentionally added PFAS? Minnesota is now publishing the answers.
Under Minnesota's PFAS law (Amara's Law, Minn. Stat. § 116.943), manufacturers must report products sold in Minnesota that contain intentionally added PFAS. Initial reports were due Sept. 15, 2026 (Dec. 14, 2026 for the 1,000+ manufacturers granted an extension). The MPCA publishes reviewed reports in batches in PRISM, the public reporting system run by the Interstate Chemicals Clearinghouse (IC2).
This site turns the public PRISM data into readable pages per manufacturer and chemical, and tracks what gets published each week — for retail and sourcing teams, compliance and EHS, lawyers, consultants and journalists.
Counts computed from the PRISM public search data fetched Oct 25, 2026. The MPCA said that as of Oct. 21, 2026 it had published about 20% of the reports received (MPCA) — many more reports are still to come, published in batches.
